Vasudevan Nallathamby

Vasudevan was born in 1974 in Penang. A self 
taught artist, he has been working mainly on 
portraits until recently. Much of his knowledge has 
been derived from reading books and his constant 
discussions and meetings with senior artists. In 
2008, he met Jeganathan Ramachandram, his 
mentor, and through his guidance, participated 
in his first exhibition. He has done apprenticeship 
under Abdul Rashid for two years.
